The basic 2D floor plan is included for small single our double storey units and townhouses. Large properties or unusually shaped properties require a seperate floor plan quote, please contact us for more information.

Chose a package with a basic 2D floor plan or an extensive 3D floor plan to attract more.

Important Information

Are all photos professionally edited?

Yes, all photos are professionally edited and optimised for both web and print, at any size and resolution you require.

How many free revisions are included?

You receive one free revision per photo or video. Additional revisions are available at $15 each.

How quickly will I receive my work?

All work is delivered within 48 hours after photos have been taken or faster for packages without video. Video content might take up to 72 hours to be delivered after being filmed.

In what formats are videos delivered?

Videos are provided in both horizontal (YouTube) and vertical (Instagram, TikTok, WeChat) 4K formats.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No, all prices exclude GST (10%).

When do I need to pay?

The first booking must be paid upfront. After your first booking, you can enjoy 14-day payment terms.

Is travel included in the price?

Travel is included for the first 30km from Hawthorn. For distances beyond 30km, travel is charged at $0.88/km.

Do you offer referral discounts?

Yes, refer another agent (even within your agency) and you both receive 20% off your next booking.

Are there volume discounts for multiple bookings?

Yes. Book 5 houses within any 28-day period to receive a 5% discount on all additional shoots during that month and the following month.

Book 10 or more houses in a 28-day period for a 10% discount on all additional shoots in the current and next month.

*Discounts reset if the minimum number of bookings is not reached in the following month.
